3 Things I'm Struggling With (for THIS Podcast!)

As I get ready for Podcast Movement, I've been thinking about this podcast and how it's been somewhat of a hodgepodge of content. I want it to be a great resource for podcasters who are looking to save time — or spend it the right way. And while it's always been an experimenting ground for me, I fear I've turned it into Frankenstein's Monster.

So today, I'm talking about 3 things I'm struggling with for this podcast — and how I plan to fix that Here are the quick hits:

1. Redefining My Podcast's Mission Statement

I realize my podcast has lacked a clear, cohesive mission statement. I want to better define who my podcast helps (solopreneur podcasters), what problem it solves for them (spending too much time on their podcast), and how it helps solve that problem (providing process improvements and tools to save 12+ hours per week).

2. Resurrecting and Updating My Old Episode Topics

I am considering revisiting some of my older episode topics from the podcast's early days and refreshing them to better align with my current focus on podcast workflows and processes. However, I want to be selective to ensure the topics fit with my updated mission.

3. Consolidating and Optimizing My YouTube Presence

I have multiple YouTube channels that I have used inconsistently for my WordPress and podcasting content over the years. I want to consolidate my podcast content onto my main, monetized "Joe Casabona" channel to simplify things and better train YouTube to recommend my videos.

[00:00:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Hello, hello everyone and welcome to another 3 Things in Podcasting

[00:00:07] [SPEAKER_00]: And today's 3 Things is a little bit different as I record this

[00:00:11] [SPEAKER_00]: And in fact as I release it, I am getting ready to go to podcas movement

[00:00:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Now a couple of weeks ago I did put out an episode 3 Things

[00:00:21] [SPEAKER_00]: To do a podcas movement, I forget exactly what I called it, you know

[00:00:26] [SPEAKER_00]: It was like 3 Things to make the most out of podcas movement, maybe something like that

[00:00:31] [SPEAKER_00]: 3 Things You Get The Most Out of Podcas Movement right then in that episode

[00:00:35] [SPEAKER_00]: I talked about finding podcasters to collaborate with finding brands or companies and or companies to partner with

[00:00:43] [SPEAKER_00]: And finding one way to improve your podcasst

[00:00:47] [SPEAKER_00]: And that last thing is what's on my mind today

[00:00:52] [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to talk about 3 Things Im Thinking About To Improve This Podcast

[00:01:00] [SPEAKER_00]: So again, it's a little bit different but now that I've kind of resurrected the show

[00:01:05] [SPEAKER_00]: I've been doing it weekly or or twice a week since May

[00:01:12] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's been a little bit of a hodge podge of episodes. It's been

[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Me Reading Blog posts that I've written for the site

[00:01:21] [SPEAKER_00]: It's been this

[00:01:24] [SPEAKER_00]: segment or

[00:01:26] [SPEAKER_00]: This series that I'm doing on three things in pod casting and it's been coaching calls and so

[00:01:34] [SPEAKER_00]: I have more or less broken the cardinal rule that I tell every single one of my clients

[00:01:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Which is to define a mission statement. I thought I had one

[00:01:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Because I have the site podcastworkflows.com

[00:01:50] [SPEAKER_00]: So here are the three things I'm thinking about to improve this podcast number one is

[00:01:59] [SPEAKER_00]: redefine the mission statement

[00:02:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Number two is consider resurrecting some old topics and I'll talk about

[00:02:09] [SPEAKER_00]: What what I mean by that in a minute and number three is get my YouTube channel

[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Together just like get it together so

[00:02:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's start with number one a new mission statement

[00:02:24] [SPEAKER_00]: This is like I like I just said this is something that I

[00:02:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Thought I had because

[00:02:32] [SPEAKER_00]: I have podcast workflows

[00:02:35] [SPEAKER_00]: .com right and I write their regularly right except

[00:02:41] [SPEAKER_00]: If you actually go back and listen

[00:02:45] [SPEAKER_00]: to the

[00:02:46] [SPEAKER_00]: episodes of this show the intro has always been super weird

[00:02:51] [SPEAKER_00]: Because I'm trying to read the description

[00:02:54] [SPEAKER_00]: In the sidebar and I never think to do it and it's not pre-recorded

[00:02:58] [SPEAKER_00]: And I think it's just like a function of well, I have this written content and so I guess I should have some audio content too

[00:03:05] [SPEAKER_00]: So the description on the website is podcastworkflows provides insights

[00:03:09] [SPEAKER_00]: On how to improve your podcast system and workflows

[00:03:12] [SPEAKER_00]: Allowing you to create and grow a high quality podcast by showing you how to best spend your limited time

[00:03:19] [SPEAKER_00]: That's a pretty good description

[00:03:21] [SPEAKER_00]: It's not a great podcast intro right if I were to do the podcast intro

[00:03:26] [SPEAKER_00]: It would probably be something like hey everybody welcome

[00:03:30] [SPEAKER_00]: To podcast workflows a podcast that provides

[00:03:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Insights into how to improve your podcast systems and workflows

[00:03:39] [SPEAKER_00]: By following this advice you'll be able to create and grow a high quality podcast

[00:03:45] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm your host Joe Casabona and I'm going to show you how to best spend your limited time

[00:03:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Right just a few small tweaks there

[00:03:55] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's a good podcast intro so I was jotting down some notes this morning

[00:04:03] [SPEAKER_00]: And I think my mission sent my mint like the pieces of the mission statement are there and if you're on familiar

[00:04:09] [SPEAKER_00]: I should say that the mission statement should answer three questions

[00:04:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Who does my podcast help?

[00:04:21] [SPEAKER_00]: What problem do those people have and how do I help them solve that problem?

[00:04:28] [SPEAKER_00]: So my podcast helps solo per newer podcasters solve the problem of spending too much time on their podcast

[00:04:36] [SPEAKER_00]: By giving them process improvements and tools to save 12 plus hours per week

[00:04:43] [SPEAKER_00]: Is a pretty good mission statement and even if I

[00:04:48] [SPEAKER_00]: You know maybe tangentially thought about that

[00:04:51] [SPEAKER_00]: If we look at the episodes I'm not really doing a great job of

[00:04:58] [SPEAKER_00]: Delivering that in the episodes okay speeding up content creation. That's a coaching call right another life

[00:05:05] [SPEAKER_00]: I had two live coaching calls in a row very grateful for that

[00:05:08] [SPEAKER_00]: How I perhaps nine nine pieces of content in four hours okay?

[00:05:12] [SPEAKER_00]: What are show notes and do you need them maybe

[00:05:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Probably not

[00:05:18] [SPEAKER_00]: And then like these three things in podcasting right have really been

[00:05:23] [SPEAKER_00]: News related and

[00:05:25] [SPEAKER_00]: That completely gets away from the mission of this show and and the website

[00:05:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Because there are lots of other like what I was just doing is highlighting things from pod news right

[00:05:36] [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe some other news right if you know

[00:05:39] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm an evangelist for our ss.com and if they release a cool new feature

[00:05:45] [SPEAKER_00]: You know I'll cover that but

[00:05:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Or like you know something other like other hosts do but I am most deeply connected to our ss.com

[00:05:55] [SPEAKER_00]: But this is not a new site and so

[00:05:58] [SPEAKER_00]: I did I did write some notes about that too about like what three things in podcasting should be

[00:06:04] [SPEAKER_00]: And I landed on if I want to have a news aspect

[00:06:08] [SPEAKER_00]: then it should be

[00:06:12] [SPEAKER_00]: Like three things you can do to improve your process of based on recent news right and so

[00:06:19] [SPEAKER_00]: What's up with YouTube and podcasting three things because YouTube was in the news a lot and I wanted to

[00:06:24] [SPEAKER_00]: kind of talk about that so

[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_00]: That's

[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Number one right get my mission statement

[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_00]: right

[00:06:35] [SPEAKER_00]: And I'll I guess I'll say like the other part of this right the other

[00:06:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Reason and thinking about this is because I recently hired

[00:06:46] [SPEAKER_00]: My I'll say friend and fellow creator holly our net

[00:06:51] [SPEAKER_00]: To help me with a rebe like not even a re-brand

[00:06:55] [SPEAKER_00]: I can't even say re-brand it is my branding my branding has been all over the place

[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_00]: There's my personal website cast a bone at that org there was podcast lift off before that there was creator courses

[00:07:08] [SPEAKER_00]: There's podcast workflows. There's podcast navigator and so I am a

[00:07:17] [SPEAKER_00]: little bit like the drowning a little bit in the disjointed ideas

[00:07:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Of the stuff I'm working on if that makes sense and so holly is going to help me

[00:07:31] [SPEAKER_00]: solidify and combine all of that so that I'll have really clear

[00:07:37] [SPEAKER_00]: branding and messaging

[00:07:39] [SPEAKER_00]: And I think that this was really you know it's like

[00:07:43] [SPEAKER_00]: You know you can say like brands waste or companies like waste money like spending

[00:07:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Thousands or millions of dollars on like tweaking their logo

[00:07:53] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like this was extremely important for me

[00:07:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Because I was all over the place because I didn't have a unified message and I needed to bring in somebody from the outside

[00:08:05] [SPEAKER_00]: to

[00:08:06] [SPEAKER_00]: Take the jumbled mess inside my brain and turn it into something cohesive

[00:08:11] [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm really excited about that and as a result

[00:08:16] [SPEAKER_00]: I will have a more unified message for all of this stuff right? I

[00:08:21] [SPEAKER_00]: want to help people especially podcasters as much as possible

[00:08:27] [SPEAKER_00]: And if I have a

[00:08:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Unified and clear message so people know exactly who I'm talking to and exactly how I can help them

[00:08:36] [SPEAKER_00]: Then I will be able to help more people and so

[00:08:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Part of it is that right this show has had

[00:08:44] [SPEAKER_00]: three names

[00:08:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Over the last

[00:08:47] [SPEAKER_00]: Four years

[00:08:49] [SPEAKER_00]: It was originally the make money podcasting

[00:08:54] [SPEAKER_00]: And then it was the profitable podcaster and now it's podcasters were closed and you can see like

[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_00]: All right make money podcasting was like my original mission but then I thought like figured everybody else was doing like a lot of people are doing that

[00:09:04] [SPEAKER_00]: And it just wasn't a different unit for me

[00:09:06] [SPEAKER_00]: The profitable podcaster was like a midpoint right it's like oh

[00:09:11] [SPEAKER_00]: I'll teach you how to make money and also save time and so you'll be profitable win-kwinged lunch

[00:09:17] [SPEAKER_00]: And then podcasters were closest by far the best name

[00:09:20] [SPEAKER_00]: I loved the podcast lift off branding

[00:09:24] [SPEAKER_00]: But every time I talked to like I went to conferences or whatever

[00:09:28] [SPEAKER_00]: He'll be like oh podcasks lift off you help people launch their podcasts and I'm like no kind of no

[00:09:34] [SPEAKER_00]: So

[00:09:36] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm anyway, I'm very excited about the direction of

[00:09:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Of my brand

[00:09:42] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm really excited to see what Holly comes up with shout out to Holly. I know that she's great

[00:09:46] [SPEAKER_00]: And so even like I told a bunch of people like my mastermind that I was hiring her and

[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_00]: And they were like oh man, I'm jealous

[00:09:55] [SPEAKER_00]: So I know I know I mean the right decision. I'm really excited

[00:09:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so that was number one

[00:10:02] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm thinking about a new mission statement. It's probably it's gonna be some version of one. I just read you

[00:10:07] [SPEAKER_00]: My podcast helps solo-preneur podcasters solve the problem of spending too much time on their podcast by giving them

[00:10:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Process improvements and tools to save 12 plus hours per week

[00:10:20] [SPEAKER_00]: The second thing number two. I'm thinking about is

[00:10:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Should I resurrect

[00:10:26] [SPEAKER_00]: Old episodes into a series and here's what I mean by that I have

[00:10:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Apparently a 127 episodes of this podcast

[00:10:38] [SPEAKER_00]: Which makes I'm gonna go back

[00:10:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Gosh something that like drives me crazy with transistor

[00:10:45] [SPEAKER_00]: This is another big part of the problem is that because it's like changed things so much

[00:10:53] [SPEAKER_00]: I

[00:10:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Don't have like a good website for it. It should be part of podcas work flows and I just haven't built that part out yet

[00:11:00] [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm just relying on the transistor website which

[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_00]: leaves a lot to be desired so if we go back to

[00:11:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Early 2022 when this show first launched so it's really keen three names over two years

[00:11:20] [SPEAKER_00]: If we go back to early 2022

[00:11:24] [SPEAKER_00]: This show was mostly about

[00:11:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Just like general podcasting finding your podcast focus you need a clear call to action

[00:11:32] [SPEAKER_00]: How to be a consistent podcasters close

[00:11:35] [SPEAKER_00]: And at five episodes before I talked about season two so like this was very I was I was struggling to find

[00:11:43] [SPEAKER_00]: A voice and a good

[00:11:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Mission for this podcast and so as a result like the lens through which I presented a lot of this content

[00:11:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Was I don't know not great

[00:12:00] [SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't very clear like why you should start a mini podcast is is a good one. It's something I've been talking about a lot lately

[00:12:08] [SPEAKER_00]: and lately I've been talking about it from the lens of

[00:12:12] [SPEAKER_00]: Hey, interview shows take a lot of time

[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_00]: A solo show is a lot easier

[00:12:20] [SPEAKER_00]: But I didn't talk about it that way when I first released that episode back two years ago almost to the day

[00:12:27] [SPEAKER_00]: I talked about how it could help you make money

[00:12:31] [SPEAKER_00]: Kind of about the wrong way to make money podcasting but like there's there's some really good stuff in here

[00:12:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Like like

[00:12:39] [SPEAKER_00]: What does dynamic add insertion right like

[00:12:42] [SPEAKER_00]: There's obviously the money argument for that, but there's also a process argument for that

[00:12:46] [SPEAKER_00]: And so I'm thinking about

[00:12:49] [SPEAKER_00]: You know in a sense remastering

[00:12:52] [SPEAKER_00]: re-shooting some of these episodes

[00:12:56] [SPEAKER_00]: in

[00:12:56] [SPEAKER_00]: In a little bit of a content refresh

[00:13:00] [SPEAKER_00]: so that I can

[00:13:03] [SPEAKER_00]: Talk about these today, but through the lens of

[00:13:07] [SPEAKER_00]: podcast process about saving time

[00:13:11] [SPEAKER_00]: That's the real goal of this show and end of my business now

[00:13:17] [SPEAKER_00]: So the reason I'm hesitant about it

[00:13:20] [SPEAKER_00]: I have like do I need to do this perhaps I should review the content first

[00:13:26] [SPEAKER_00]: The reason I'm hesitant about this is because

[00:13:30] [SPEAKER_00]: A lot of it is like had a launcher podcast or what you should think about when you're launching your podcast right and so

[00:13:37] [SPEAKER_00]: I want to be very cognizant of my mission statement moving forward

[00:13:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Right, we're at the end of the summer. I've I've had some fun like finding my way

[00:13:47] [SPEAKER_00]: With this podcast it's like very like build in publicy

[00:13:53] [SPEAKER_00]: I think the coaching I mean if I look at

[00:13:58] [SPEAKER_00]: You know if I look at the analytics

[00:14:00] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't have a lot of download like my other show has way more downloads per episode

[00:14:08] [SPEAKER_00]: And just in general, but if I look at the path let's do the past 90 days

[00:14:13] [SPEAKER_00]: Since that's what I've been like

[00:14:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Active in a renewed sense

[00:14:20] [SPEAKER_00]: You know there's I'm not getting a lot of downloads 68 63

[00:14:27] [SPEAKER_00]: The coaching calls are popular

[00:14:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Three things and like the first I think this was the first three things in podcasting

[00:14:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Because I was new and I promoted it a lot more

[00:14:37] [SPEAKER_00]: um

[00:14:39] [SPEAKER_00]: How I perhaps nine pieces of content in four and a half hours has

[00:14:44] [SPEAKER_00]: 61 downloads and came out two weeks ago

[00:14:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Which is

[00:14:49] [SPEAKER_00]: Almost as much as everything above it in

[00:14:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Like a third or a fourth of the time so

[00:14:57] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, I think I'm on this something there

[00:15:01] [SPEAKER_00]: It has more downloads in two weeks than the rest of them having in a month or two

[00:15:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Seven deadly sins that is also like in the top five

[00:15:10] [SPEAKER_00]: So so that's good right what's up with YouTube and podcasting

[00:15:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Top five and then a coaching call on the first three things is number one if we look at the past 90 days

[00:15:21] [SPEAKER_00]: If I look at the past can well what's the last year look like

[00:15:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Kenj oh course and that's this is over year old can generative

[00:15:33] [SPEAKER_00]: AI help us be better podcasters that's certainly what the two AI episodes are the top ones obviously

[00:15:40] [SPEAKER_00]: And that's another thing that I could update right because now I'm looking at it just not through like clickbait like news

[00:15:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Newsjacking that's what it's called

[00:15:49] [SPEAKER_00]: But through like actual helpful processes so

[00:15:54] [SPEAKER_00]: That's number two that's what I'm thinking about

[00:15:56] [SPEAKER_00]: um and

[00:15:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Number three is getting my YouTube channel in order right so

[00:16:03] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean a little bit of a pickle. I put myself in a little bit of a pickle with my YouTube channel and here's why

[00:16:11] [SPEAKER_00]: I started my YouTube channel over 10 years ago

[00:16:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, oh definitely over 10 years ago and

[00:16:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Back then I was doing WordPress tutorials and so for basically the first

[00:16:26] [SPEAKER_00]: Seven years maybe yeah probably seven years of the channel. I was basically only doing WordPress and web development stuff

[00:16:33] [SPEAKER_00]: But that channel is monetized it's got a lot of videos on there. I have a ton of subscribers on there

[00:16:42] [SPEAKER_00]: And so

[00:16:44] [SPEAKER_00]: When I started doing podcasting, I thought I would just start another channel

[00:16:50] [SPEAKER_00]: Accept I didn't want to do anything on that new channel because my other one was monetized and so I decided

[00:16:59] [SPEAKER_00]: late last year

[00:17:01] [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe early this year probably late last year

[00:17:04] [SPEAKER_00]: That I would just put everything on my main channel, right? So if we look at the

[00:17:11] [SPEAKER_00]: If we look at my YouTube channels, I have the joke-assabona channel

[00:17:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Right going back to personal brand. This is another thing that Holly is gonna help me with right if she decides yeah everything should be your personal brand

[00:17:23] [SPEAKER_00]: It's gonna make a lot of my decisions easier

[00:17:26] [SPEAKER_00]: Right, it'll be like joke-assabona personal brand and then various projects

[00:17:31] [SPEAKER_00]: Right

[00:17:33] [SPEAKER_00]: So there's the joke-assabona channel which was WordPress for a very long time and is now

[00:17:38] [SPEAKER_00]: Almost exclusively podcasting

[00:17:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Sponsored videos will also go over there because there's a much bigger viewership over there

[00:17:46] [SPEAKER_00]: And then there is podcast workflows which was the podcast channel I was gonna start when I was trying to have it both ways like do WordPress and

[00:17:57] Podcasting

[00:17:57] [SPEAKER_00]: And now that is basically just a place for the audio only version of this podcast

[00:18:05] [SPEAKER_00]: legit like when I record videos they go on the joke-assabona channel

[00:18:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Doesn't make any sense right and now's out the streamline solo per newer podcast

[00:18:15] [SPEAKER_00]: YouTube channel that's a tone thing. That's fine

[00:18:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Something I need to think about something now probably talk to people at

[00:18:24] [SPEAKER_00]: podcast movement about

[00:18:27] [SPEAKER_00]: is

[00:18:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Combining the joke-assabona channel and the podcasts workflows channel all under the joke-assabona channel because

[00:18:37] [SPEAKER_00]: It makes no sense

[00:18:40] [SPEAKER_00]: That I am releasing a video version of this podcast not

[00:18:46] [SPEAKER_00]: on the

[00:18:48] [SPEAKER_00]: Podcast workflows YouTube channel and

[00:18:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Again, it's for all of the reasons like that channel is monetized. I have more viewers over there

[00:19:00] [SPEAKER_00]: I do my live streams there when I stream the coaching calls they happen over there

[00:19:07] [SPEAKER_00]: And so what I need to do and what I want to not get ding-dong, which is like why I want to talk to people at podcast me like YouTube will be there

[00:19:17] is

[00:19:18] [SPEAKER_00]: I want to move the podcast workflows podcast to a podcast playlist under the joke-assabona channel

[00:19:27] [SPEAKER_00]: That way when I record videos I can put them there

[00:19:32] [SPEAKER_00]: When I do the live streams I can put them there if I want to

[00:19:36] [SPEAKER_00]: And

[00:19:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Everything will just be under that channel and it'll signal even more to YouTube that

[00:19:45] [SPEAKER_00]: I talk about podcasting now

[00:19:49] [SPEAKER_00]: So this is

[00:19:51] [SPEAKER_00]: You know

[00:19:54] [SPEAKER_00]: I think the conventional wisdom

[00:19:57] [SPEAKER_00]: would say

[00:19:58] [SPEAKER_00]: Just abandoned the joke-assabona channel start a new joke-assabona channel

[00:20:04] [SPEAKER_00]: But I don't want to do that and so I'm doing things as usual the hard way

[00:20:11] [SPEAKER_00]: But I think it's I think it's going to work out in the long run, right? I believe that I can train YouTube

[00:20:19] [SPEAKER_00]: To understand that hey start recommending my YouTube videos

[00:20:23] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's a slog but like honestly

[00:20:26] [SPEAKER_00]: It's not like I was Mr. Beast

[00:20:29] [SPEAKER_00]: In WordPress anyway

[00:20:31] [SPEAKER_00]: My YouTube channel has always been middle-ling now. It's just middle-ling a little bit differently

[00:20:36] [SPEAKER_00]: So those are the three things I'm thinking about if you're struggling with this stuff let me know email me

[00:20:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Joe at cassabona.org or actually

[00:20:44] [SPEAKER_00]: My friend Brian Castle has released this thing

[00:20:49] [SPEAKER_00]: Ripple.fm so you can find

[00:20:52] [SPEAKER_00]: My podcast this podcast podcast workflows over at ripple.fm it's pretty neat right you can become a fan of a pod

[00:21:01] [SPEAKER_00]: And then you can start discussions on that podcast so I will link that in the show notes but

[00:21:12] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, if you can become a fan of

[00:21:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Podcast workflows and then we can start discussion so like maybe

[00:21:20] [SPEAKER_00]: If enough of you become a fan I'll say like hey are you struggling with YouTube and I'll all start these discussions with each episode

[00:21:26] [SPEAKER_00]: So check that out to ripple.fm

[00:21:29] [SPEAKER_00]: I'll have a link to it in the show notes for this episode but that's it for

[00:21:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Today's episode of three things in podcasting three things I'm thinking about with my podcast I guess is really what it is

[00:21:41] [SPEAKER_00]: I'd love to hear your feedback if you're gonna be at podcast movement
