The TIL Podcast was bad, and the reason was simple: we didn't do any research. We'd find a link, hit record, and share our vague opinions on a subject none of us knew well. Research is also what tells you which questions to ask which guests — something I was noticeably bad at as a moderator. Research is easier now than it's ever been, but my rule with AI is don't trust and verify: use it to surface primary sources, then check them yourself.
