Almost nothing in podcasting is permanent. Your format, your approach, and what you cover can all change, and my early show did get better as my friends and I kept adjusting. More importantly, what I learned making it is what let me launch several successful shows later. (For anyone who hasn't heard the term: TIL stands for "today I learned.")

00:00:38 --> 00:00:43 I also was able to iterate and learn. And I ended
00:00:43 --> 00:00:48 up launching several successful podcasts because
00:00:48 --> 00:00:51 of what I learned on the TIL podcast. And for
00:00:51 --> 00:00:54 younger listeners, I didn't define this in earlier
00:00:54 --> 00:00:57 notes, but TIL stands for Today I Learned. I
00:00:57 --> 00:01:00 don't know. if people still say that. I know
00:01:00 --> 00:01:03 there was like, I was today years old when I
00:01:03 --> 00:01:05 learned this. Kind of the same vibes, right?
