Do Disney Infinity Toys work with NFC in iOS 13?

With iOS 13 right around the corner, the iPhone and iPad are getting huge upgrades. One is with Shortcuts and the new automations section. Now, you can scan an NFC tag and kick off a series of events. But does it work with Disney Infinity toys? Can I have Obi-Wan Kenobi turn on my lights? We find out in this video.
