Use this method to figure out what to automate and delegate

I've been thinking a lot lately about how to help people improve their podcast workflows, especially when it comes to figuring out what to automate or delegate. A lot of us worry that our specific ways of doing things are irreplaceable, but I’ve developed a helpful little framework called the P.E.R. Method.

In today's video, I'm walking you through P.E.R. — Perform, Evaluate, and Remove. We’ll explore how to document your tasks, evaluate which ones you really need to do versus what you can delegate, and then, finally, how to remove the tasks from your list.

Use this method to create a streamlined, enjoyable process for managing your podcast, whether that means tackling tasks yourself or passing them off to others.
